CGPA:-8.81 B.E. (Honours)

---------------
--I have 4 Years for work experience in IT Industry.
--Worked with Infosys for 2.8 Years.
--Currently working with Deloitte Consulting.
--I have worked extensively on tools related to Business Intelligence and have created reports which are directly used by the CFOs and CEOs of clients.Have very good experience in Data warehousing
--For my first project I have experience of working from client side.
--I was awarded Best New Comer in Infosys and received Spot Award for outstanding work in Deloitte.
--Certification :- Oracle Business Intelligence Foundation Suite 11g Certified Implementation Specialist
Extracurricular Activities/Position of Responsibility

Hi,
Thanks for posting. So you've got solid academics, and solid though somewhat common IT industry experience. Your GMAT is lower than the averages at top programs, but you haven't mentioned where you are aiming. I'd look outside top 25 or so for sure for best chances unless you re-take the GMAT (and schools do take the highest score). With your technical skills and experience, see how you can further stand out from others as many have similar backgrounds. Highlight the leadership examples you can think of, as well as your interests and passions etc. Your sports interests and other activities listed show another dimension to who you are.
You haven't mentioned WHY you want the MBA, which is also important to admission, fyi, and can also direct where you want to go-- ie what are your goals?
