Hi there,
Your current work in Corporate Strategy is very strong, and the executive & cross-functional exposure is great.
I think your two biggest challenges are 1) overcoming your low GPAs in both your undergrad and post-grad degrees, and 2) your higher level of experience compared to most applicants. The best way to deal with a low GPA is to have a high GMAT, so if it's possible to retake and score higher, I'd go for it. If not, you'll want to target schools where your 700 is 20-30 points over the school's average. That might make LBS and INSEAD tough. Programs in Europe though are more open to experienced applicants so check out some other programs like ESADE, IESE, maybe Cambridge and Oxford. Also, could you consider a part-time or Executive option?
Best of luck!
Kate
