It would really be helpful and appreciated if you could evaluate my profile:
Nationality: Indian
Age: 24
Gender: Female
Designation:ETL Developer(Tata Consultancy Services)
GMAT score: 700 (Q49, V35, IR7, AWA awaited- expecting 5+)
Undergraduate Degree: Bachelor Of Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering (from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University)
Year of Graduation: 2012
Percentage: 70.4% CPI: 65.5 which is considered first grade in University.
Work Experience till date: 30 months till date(would be approx slightly <3 yrs when i join)
Intrested In: MIS
I plan to apply to the following schools (R1):
1) Carnegie Mellon University (Heinz)- MISM
2) University of Minnesota (Carlson)- MSBA
3) University of Texas—Austin (McCombs)- MISROM
4) University of Maryland—College Park (Smith)- MSIS/ MBA+MSIS
R2:
ISB Hydrabad: PGDM

Hey there,
So your school list is pretty fine. The thing is you really really need to "de-techify" your profile. I mean Tata Consultancy is a good firm, but right now your resume is SUPER-IT! Instead focus on the BUSINESS, the LEADERSHIP, the TEAMWORK, the business results. THAT is what the B-schools want to hear!
