Hey Thanks a lot!

So I get your point about switching twice in 2 years.

Just one more thing , so suppose if I choose to work under a stockbroker or somewhere in a finance firm now and apply in late 2014 for fall 2015 gathering say 10 months of WE there before applying.. Will that make exclude me from the IT pool?

Also, will you be able to name a couple of schools which lie really into safe category(very likely to get an admit from) on my current profile.
Its not too much to ask for! :P

P.S - Really helpful analysis.

Thanks,
Merry Christmas and a Happy new Year in advance! :)

Thanks for the seasons greetings and happy new year to you too! ;)

Yes to a certain degree, that experience would help differentiate you from the IT group. Overall I think you have a solid profile; I think you'd have a fairly good shot at programs outside the top 10-15, including Ross. The rest on your orig list will not be easy, but not impossible either. Stanford is particularly challenging though, given it's smaller class size, selectivity, and average GMAT, just keep that in mind. Happy New year!
