Based on the information that you provided, the only areas of weakness that I see in your candidacy is your lack of compelling extra-curricular/community service activities. In fact, they are weak in relation to those of competitive candidates at H/S/W/S. However, all other aspects of your candidacy are compelling and there are ways to cover-up your lack of service.

From your list of schools that you listed, Wharton, Tuck, Booth and Kellogg will be the most competitive (I would not have normally added Kellogg, but since you got rejected there last time, your legacy candidacy presents some challenges this time around). Ross and Darden are going to be easier for you and with strong applications, I see no reason why these two schools would not accept you.

Also, based on your career goals, I would also consider applying to Columbia and Johnson. Given that you are a US citizen, you might be a strong contender for a Parke Fellow at Cornell and this is a program worth looking at given its generous scholarship.

No matter which schools you end up applying to, please invest the time, energy and resources you need to make your applications compelling.
