Thanks for your post. CONGRATS on the outstanding GMAT for sure!
Your GPA is also quite strong, and I like the dedication to non-profit fundraising recently and other interests, as well as recognition on the job, though as you've pretty much said, the nature of your role could be a bit stronger in comparison with other applicants etc....
So overall.... if you were able to progress more professionally and take on even more leadership and management etc by working another year... that would be something to consider. But either way, yes top 5-ish schools will be a reach just given the selectivity, but I wouldn't rule them out either, so if you're interested apply to a few from various tiers for best chances overall.
I would suggest continuing to research and nail down your post-MBA plans though..... after all, if you don't have a clear, succinct, compelling answer to the 'why do you want an MBA' question, it will be tough to convince the admissions committees to grant you the MBA!
