Hi there,
It's great that you're working on your plans for the future and have a feel for where you want to be (Europe). You will need to further solidify your 'future goals', as answering that question convincingly is critical in the application to an MBA program, fyi. Something to work on in the coming months!
Your undergrad academic profile appears to be weak but is strengthened by the stronger GPA in the masters degree. You are part of a common applicant profile-- from India with IT background. Your international experience (Australia) and volunteering experience help to differentiate you some.
You will want to work on that GMAT as you mentioned, to be able to feel competitive at top-ranked programs.
As for 1-year programs in Europe, some of the most well-known are: INSEAD (16 months), Judge (Cambridge), Said (Oxford), IMD (in Switzerland), IE (in Spain), HEC (in France). A 700 would be pretty important to feel you have a chance at those, fyi. The schools in the UK that Neha mentioned would certainly be an option.
I would say review the programs in more detail, look at their website for curriculum, length, cost, class profile (who will be in your class?? you learn a lot from your fellow classmates!), hiring profiles (where does everyone go when they graduate?), general feel for the program. Read blogs and ask to be put in touch with current students/alumni. As a starting point if you haven't yet, check out the FT MBA Rankings; often the most-looked at ranking system for programs around the world... they do vary some and most reputable are schools who have been top-ranked for years (as opposed to suddenly this year) but up-and-coming schools can be good for many reasons too.

(BTW- thank you to was it Neha for chiming in; though I did want to point out that she is not affiliated with
mbaMission that I am aware of.
