Thanks for posting. I think the thing you can do at this point to make the most impact, in addition to putting together strong applications, is work on that GMAT... have you taken it multiple times? Taken a prep course or worked with a tutor? Without a stellar GMAT it could be tough given your grades were a bit lower than some in undergrad... and why not try to give yourself your best possible chance, right? I think your school list sounds reasonable (though HEC can be a bit tough on GMAT/grades too); others to look at include CASS, Cranfield, Manchester, IE (may be a bit tough though), ESSEC, maybe Rotterdam.... can investigate those further to make sure there are none there of interest too.
