Hey dude,
So I was just about to quote your post when....

Anyhow saved by the bell, yeah?
So to get into things. Let's start with your current results - It's hard to use them as "data points" because I don't know what your application or recommendations look like. You may have done them well, you may have done them poorly... something in between. And a LOT will depend upon cohesion there.
So looking at things from the top you have a few minor weaknesses and they are:
- Coming from large Indian applicant pool
- Non-IIT
- Low GPA
But there are many strengths too. You aren't in IT. You have TONS of global experience from what I can see, and obviously that amazing GMAT. Given your strengths and weaknesses I would say that Top five schools (H/S/W Booth/Sloan) would be a challenge, and then your "Sweet spot" would be in the 5-15 range. Kellogg does seem like a nice target for you, given that you are coming from a marketing background.
My advice: Make as MANY applications as you can in the remaining time. And have someone look at your applications before you start writing anew! You want to fix whatever may have gone wrong, before you try again.
I hope this helps, and if you have any other questions, do not hesitate.
Best,
