PhD in Operations Management- Suggestion required
I took my GMAT today and scored a 680(Q47, V35, IR 5).
I'm planning to apply to a PhD in Operations Management to the following Universities
1. Insead, Singapore (Wishlist)
2. NTU, Singapore
3. SMU, Singapore
4. ISB-H
5. IIM A,B, C and K.
About me:
1.Bachelor of Technology from a top 50 University in India( SASTRA Deemed University, CGPA of 9.01 with multiple merit awards and Dean's lister(Top 10% of the year in 3 years and top 2% of my year in my final year).
2. Professional experience- 5.5 years in the Manufacturing Industry- Caterpillar, a fortune 100 company(Manufacturer of heavy vehicles and construction equipment). Experience in multiple verticals of operations, Supply chain, including Managerial Experience. Experience very relevant to Operations Management
3. No Post grad degree
4. No Research and publications.
Is my GMAT score sufficient for these universities. How is my profile overall? Do I stand a chance as it is and should I consider retaking my GMAT as I don't have a great Q or IR score?
