It's tough to say for sure without knowing more about you but here are some topline thoughts. Sounds like you are an Indian male (correct me if I'm wrong), which is the very toughest demographic when it comes to b-school apps, as you may know. It's good that you aren't coming from a technical/engineering background. Real estate will be a differentiator, and I'd consider having a real estate angle to your post-MBA goals given that. Your GMAT is strong, but Indian applicants tend to have very strong GMAT scores (typically 20-40 points above a school's average). That said, yours is stronger than even the average Indian male, which is great -- but the bad news is your GPA is on the low end, so that detracts a bit from the strength of your candidacy.
A lot will depend on the accomplishments you've achieved at work. The adcom wants applicants who have driven measurable impact in their careers, ideally with quantifiable results. It's hard to tell if you have leadership experience from what you shared here but that's a critical component of an application for a top school as well so that will be a factor to consider in gauging your competitiveness. It would also be ideal if you had some extracurriculars. The adcom honestly won't care that you had the best thesis & while it's fine to list basketball as a hobby that's not doing much to strengthen your application either.
Generally speaking, I think you have a shot at top 15 schools - but like I said it's going to depend on the factors named above. The specific schools that are the best fit for you are going to depend in large part on your post-MBA goals as well, and like I said I'd consider possibly switching to a RE-focused goal to build on your unique background there.
