Thanks for reaching out to us. Responding to your questions:
1. I'm not including 4 year of work-ex as a teenager, will that be allowed?
A: It won't really count as full-time work experience, but you can mention it in your essays/interviews, if appropriate within the broader context of your narrative.
2. I don't have a technical undergrad degree and usually tech companies prefer tech degree + MBA for product management roles. However, for past 7 years I have been doing essentially what a product Manager does. Looking at my profile do you think b schools will consider this firstly, as a viable goal post MBA and secondly, will they consider it as a career switch?
A: I don't know if it matters if it's labeled as a career switch or a continuation of your career. You don't really discuss your career goal in such exact categories. That being said, I think you'll be totally fine explaining you want to be a PM given your experience. It's very logical and justified.
3. Assessing by my profile, can you recommend some schools that I might be able to get admitted (any country)?
A: The big problem is going to be your age. Being 33 does not automatically filter you out but it does make things more difficult for the full-time MBA program. The trend is for folks around your age (especially slightly older) to pursue a part-time MBA or EMBA. Secondly, your current GMAT of 690 is also an issue since you come from a competitive demographic. I'm glad to hear you are retaking the exam.
So, for schools targeting PM/tech, you should consider the following:
UCLA (Anderson)
UC Berkeley (Haas)
Carnegie Mellon (Tepper)
Washington (Foster)
York (Schulich)
