My brief profile is below:
Work Experience:
1.Currently working with Hero Fincorp as Area Credit Manager for SME loans
2.Worked with Indusind Bank as working capital credit manager 4.5 years and served in different markets across India. Started and drove the business in new locations and effectively collaborated with team members for maximum output.
3.Previously worked with idbi bank in similar profile for 2 years and helped my branch to grab trophy for best new branch in MSME lending.
4.IBM for 2 years in supply chain. Helped the organization to streamline the process and initiated automation to cut the cost and TAT.
overall experience of 8+years.
PGDM Finance (major) and Project management (minor) from Alliance Business School Bangalore(2.8/4.3 cgpa)
Bachelor of Engineering in computer Science (71%)
GMAT- yet to appear. Aiming for 720+ score
Career goal-- To pursue career in Credit Risk analytics and may start own venture to develop cheaper solutions of credit risk management and analytics for SME and smalll scale banks which cannot afford bigger existing softaware packages which will help the banking industry currently dealing with the problem of NPAs.

Hi Abhijeet,
Just a correction here: you will not pursue a career in credit risk analytics. The functional area is risk management and ou may use analytics tools therein to achieve your business goals. Moreover the reason for doing a second MBA to study "analytics" does not sound very compelling to me. ou will need to work upon your story in order to impress the adcom.
Your PGDM GPA is low and can be concerning to the adcom as that was a business degree, and you are now again applying to business school. You should explain the scores via the optional essay and give them the confidence that: 1. you really need that MBA degree now; 2. you will be a great student.
