As for your follow-up questions:

(1) Schools with strong marketing programs that would fit your sector expertise would include several on your lists (NYU Stern, Duke Fuqua, UCLA, USC). If you really ace the GMAT I would throw Northwestern (Kellogg) on the list as that is one of the best in the country. Indiana (Kelley) and Texas (McCombs) are also worth considering. Columbia is great but is similar to Kellogg in that you need a solid GMAT.

(2) Solid extracurricular activities are all about what you like to do in your free time that would also have a positive community impact. It sounds like you have already done some of that, so over the next year or so keep doing more. Raise your game in terms of time spent and impact felt. You could also get involved in something related to fashion, marketing, etc. to demonstrate that interest as your career to date does not.
