You have a good profile, and I would say your chances of getting in are good. Your GMAT score is excellent. Question about your GPA... 3.93 is very high but yours is out of 5, not 4? I guess I don't know how universities in India work but a bit of background on that might help me provide you with a better evaluation. In any case, your GMAT score clearly demonstrates intellectual and academic ability.
Yes, male, Indian and in IT is a bit typical but you have great extracurriculars that you can use to differentiate yourself. In your application essays, really emphasize the non-technical non-quant side of your profile. The fact that you have analytical abilities (which are important!) is more than obvious, so focus instead on your leadership, teamwork and people skills. It seems like you have lots of them. You have some fun experience in magazines and event planning, that's quite unusual and a great counter-point to your professional back-ground, making you sound like a really well-rounded individual. Quanty + creative! Your NGO and ERP experiences are also great. When you write your essays, make sure to focus on the "people" aspect of everything -- how you managed and collaborated within teams, how you convinced people of your points of view, how you lead and built consensus in groups... Especially for people with technical backgrounds, these resonate well with adcoms.
Don't worry about the length of your work experience. Schools like young applicants.
Also, with such a high GPA, you can even aim higher in your target schools. Just make sure to have a couple of safety schools.
Hope this helps.
