I would not consider anything in Round 3 unless you absolutely have to go. First off, you've got no safety on the list (I'm sure you know that). If that's how you finally come down with the list, by all menas go for it. Your numbers are definitely good enough for any schools on your list, including HBS and Columbia. I think the hardest part for you would be to stand out among all the Indian/technology-based group. If you can do that, you should hav ea shot. A few more things that I'm noticing (a bit on the 'cringing' side of noticing) is that your schools are pretty much all over the place. Traditionally speaking, if you want to work in the US, focus on the US b-schools. If you're gearing for Europe's market, focus on Europe. Currently I'm seeing 4 b-schools and 1 europe school. Again, if this is your personal preference and you've thought about it, by all means go for it. Last, but not least, you mentioned that you'd like to enter management consulting. Columbia and Anderson are not super well-known in the consulting industry (when compared to other consulting-feeder schools). This, of course, is my personal opinion. If you're THAT good, you will be able to get in MBB through any top b-schools. It's just that Anderson and Columbia tend to have a lower percentage of graduates going into consulting. If you're unsuccessful this year, look into Ross, Darden, and Tuck. All three of these schools are known (more or less) as consulting-feeder schools. Tuck, among the three, is ranked top in the nation and attracts MBB like no others. Kellogg is also super well-known in the consulting industry, though I'm not sure that you want to put too many top 7 schools in the list.
Just my $0.02.
