Your GMAT is excellent - well done. As is your Bachelor GPA so that will look great. I think your work experience is very strong too, with top performance at Vodafone and work now at a global consulting firm.
It seems like the extracurriculars you list are all in the past and mostly academic related. Anything current there? Volunteer work / community leadership, or interesting hobbies even outside of work?
My main concern surrounds your reasons for an MBA considering that you already have one and that you already work in your target field. Yes I understand there's a difference between EY and MBB but your case for an MBA (at least on the surface) does not seem as strong as other applicants. Especially since you just recently joined EY. So this requires a well-crafted explanation in your applications. Focus on the skills you still need to develop, not just on the networking part of the MBA.
I think the schools you list are possible given your stats but it's a very competitive list. Given my concerns above, I'd feel better if you had 1 or 2 safer options to balance things out.

4. Among the top decile of an international olympiad

Reason for doing a second MBA: to make a career switch into the top 3 strategy consulting firms viz. BCG,Mckinsey, Bain
It would be nice if you can please suggest me whether my profile stacks up favorably for the schools am targeting?
