Hey there,
Things look pretty good so far. You have management consulting work abroad, are multilingual (not all that common for US candidates, as you know), the gold medals are a huge bonus for you (Top B schools LOVE pro athletes), plus a pro athlete female! They don't get many similar profiles for sure.
I am still missing a bit of info to fully evaluate you though:
1. Need more info about your company, what you are doing, how big it is, how successful, what results you have gotten and what your future plans are
2. GMAT (of course)
3. GPA (of course
)
4. More info about your volunteer work.
