Ideally you want to at least hit a school's average GMAT & you are quite a bit below ISB's average with your 650 but not far off with NUS. It's not ideal to have taken the GMAT so many times, but at the same time, it's worth taking it again if you can get a higher score. Assuming you want to increase your chances at ISB, I'd just really spend your time on practice tests before you attempt the real thing again so you can nail it this next time. And worst case, it's still wroth applying to ISB even if you can't improve your score - they will just place more weight on all the other parts of your application & it will be a bit more of a stretch school. A lot will depend on your post-MBA goals as well. If you can get Unilever to sponsor you that will help immensely - it will not only show that they vouch for you but will also reassure schools that you are sure to be hired post-MBA, which is good for their employment stats. If Unilever will sponsor you, I wouldn't worry so much about the GMAT for ISB. Good luck to you!
