You’re in a good position to apply to all four.
Highlight international exposure (Europe/Middle East clients) + leadership/social impact in essays.
If possible, push French to B1 level before/during applications → makes you even more attractive to French schools.
Consider LBS MiM as well — your GRE + consulting fit aligns very well with their intake.

17 months as a Research Associate at a US based Customer Consulting firm after college. Mostly clients from Europe/Middle East.
Interned with EY in Strategy and Transactions for 6 months during college.
Also, 1 month pro-bono at a student led conulting firm.

Extracurriculars
Volunteering at college level with Rotaract( held leadership position as well) and recently been volunteering at an NGO for the last 4-5 months.
Involved in sports and other societies as well in college.

Certifications- Excel and power point course offered by PwC through Coursera.

Also, been studying French from Alliance Francaise. Haven’t given DELF, but completely coursework till A2
