I am new here and thanks a lot for help! Here is my profile.
-Chinese
-Bachelor of Economics (Expected) from Top 3 Chinese universities
-GPA:3.6/4.0 (not in the top 10%）
-GRE 332 v162 q170
-3 Internships (8 months+) including 2 marketing positions of leading internet company/start-up (so-called unicorn) and market analyst position in Kantar Media (a global consulting company)
-2 volunteer works and some small academic rewards/scholarships
-Summer school in Cambridge University, UK scoring 1st class
-Leadership in a nation-sponsored research project
-French zero, Russian/Mongolian beginner（still keep learning now）
-Volleyball player in school
My career goal is to work for multinational e-commerce companies, marketing position maybe.
What should I highlight in my essays? Up till now I highlighted my internships, volunteer work and leadership. I also worked hard to match my career goal with the program. Anyway, my GPA is not among the best ones...I do not know whether it will be my disadvantage here. Should I explain something or just let it be? Is there any point that I should pay attention to?

Dear Smena,
Very good to hear from you and it looks like you have quite a nice profile. You have a FANTASTIC GRE score and with three internships, you are a stop ahead of most applicants. I don't think you are at any disadvantage, but that you really need to work your application and essays to the bone.
