Thank you for posting your profile. I like that you have done well in your career - promotion, awards. Additionally, you were an active student leader during college. Your undergrad academics look solid, although your GMAT score is a shade below the average at Leavey (650) - although this is the business school average GMAT score. Have you reached out to the schools on your list to ask what their GMAT averages are for the Information Systems programs you're applying to? This will help you gauge how competitive your profile would be at the schools.
