4. 8 months work experience with an IT Services Co. in India
GRE: Not given, but have previously attained a score of 323 (not valid). Confident of cracking 330 in second attempt
Should I give GRE or GMAT? Please advise

Extra Curriculars/Co curriculars

Your work experience is fragmented and may go against your application. You are also on the lower side of average work ex of ISB's class profile (5 years). You need to have a water tight strategy with good reasoning for jumping jobs so frequently.
GMAT v/s GRE is a regular debate and with a simple google search you can find numerous posts direct to point. All B-schools including ISB do not have a preference or so they say. In my opinion you should take the GMAT test to avoid taking any chances.
Try and be involved on a regular basis with some form of community service. Having done it once in past is not as strong as you may think. Your sports experience may come in handy for sure.
