goddy99 Lets begin with the strengths that we immediately notice in your profile and those are good academic credentials and good work experience with decent career progression. We believe those definitely hold potential for bringing out impactful stories that will be able to add weight to your application. ON the improvement side, since we can see that your work experience will put you in the pool of mid career IT professionals (largest applicant pool by share) for ISB, typically its recommended to have a GMAT score close to or greater than the median scores to have a better chance at getting shortlisted for the interview.
If you had consistently scored higher than your current score in the mock exams, we strongly recommend to re-attempt GMAT and try to improve your score. If not, you could still go ahead and apply and give your best shot at the application essays to highlight the unique aspects about your candidature and put together a compelling story.
