Hi,

I'm planning to apply for ISB, IIM A, B & C for their one year courses

Can you please help me with my profile evaluation?

10th- 10 CGPA (2015)
12th- 96.6 % (2017) (Commerce)
College- 8 CGPA (Bcom honours, Delhi university)

Work experience- in total 5 years
Worked in Audit for 1 and half year with Deloitte
Working with a consumer unicorn startup in f&b industry for 3 and half years in retention, growth and performance marketing.
Current role- Growth Manager

Also worked for 6 years with an NPO as a strategic leader (volunteer role)

Cocurricular activities- Debates in college, tedx, organizing events in college.
Recently started a page to capture travel stories.

You have a good profile to go for. Make sure your GMAT hits above 680 or so in order to be comfortable. Essays and interviews are often not given as much importance as GMAT. Please do not make that mistake.

We can see that you have done quite well academically and have a diversified work experience, where you have had the opportunity to wear multiple hats across audit, growth and marketing. Along with your strong extracurricular involvement, these are all solid pointers that will work in your favour when it comes to your business school applications, whether you apply to ISB or IIM A, B or C.

We are not sure if you have already taken the GMAT, but a strong score, preferably a Focus Edition score of 655 or above, will further strengthen your profile. We do see good potential in your background and experiences. In the end, whether you get shortlisted or not largely depends on how well you are able to articulate your unique strengths and experiences through your application essays and interview.
