Hello,
My name is Ashwin. I am currently working as Piping Stress Analyst Engineer in one of the biggest Offshore Oil & gas EPC organisation.
I have 3 years of work ex as of now.
I am planning to give my GMAT in August Mid and I am planning to apply for ISB.
10th (CBSE) : 86.6 %
12th (CBSE) : 79 %
B.Tech in Mechanical & Automation Engineering from Amity University with 7.5 CGPA
WORK EX:
3 Years in Piping stress analysis and designing of Offshore platforms .
Currently handled 4 projects till now all of different clients and different types.
EXTRA CURRICULARS:
1. Six Sigma green belt from BSI
2. Member of CSR core committee in the organisation. Handled a team of 12 people for taking classes for underprivileged children.
3. Metric Council team member for the department to identify key quality issues in the deliverable and suggest new changes as per the client requirement.
4. Member of Sports Committee for organisation. ( Received 5 Man of the Matches in Corporate Tournaments), was a part of School cricket team and college cricket team.
5. Member of NGO .
5 Coordinator for many technical and cultural events in college time.
POST MBA GOALS:
1. Get into Project management in leading oil and gas client firms (viz Shell, Exxon, BP, Chevron) and be a part of Corporate strategy.
2. Get into consulting for energy sector.

Yes GMAT SCORE is one key part is ISB and I am working on it to touch 730-750 range.
Is an engineer from oil and gas domain with pure technical work ex will be considered for ISB ??.
