As far as statistics are concerned, if you score a 720+ on the GMAT, you should be given a look at LBS's MIM program.
Your lack of extracurricular activities are an issue. Since you are applying in 2022 for a 2023 intake, you should try to find organizations that are actively looking for people as opposed to trying to start things yourself.
What do you like to do? Start with your hobbies and interests and then go from there. Do you like working with children? Can you tutor? What about anything Covid-19 relief-related? Do you enjoy sports? Are you political motivated? Make sure you get involved and have an impact on community.
Internships will also be really tough given how short-term they are, but you should leverage any personal or professional connections you have to see if someone will take you on even if unpaid. It doesn't necessarily have to be in core business though that might help. What about using your Accenture connection? Surely they will have something.
Time is your worst enemy right now, so get very aggressive and don't delay!
