You really must do well on the GMAT to give yourself a shot at some of these top programs. If you can pull off the 700+ that will really help.
I am less thrilled with your extracurricular activities. They are good, just not stellar. You should be fine since you have significant work experience which will count more (in your favor) than extracurricular activities.
It's fine if you're not committed to finance or consulting, but you really should pick a path for the admissions process itself. You can always change your mind once you start a program. The key is to demonstrate you have given serious thought to a pathway in this snapshot in time. The unis want to see if you can come up with a pragmatic and aspiration plan.
