Hello, Everyone.
I hope everyone stays healthy in the era of Coronavirus.
Below is my profile, and it would be very nice if you guys could look at it and see if I could get into some of the top MBAs in States/Europe.
Nationality/gender : Korean Male
Age : 29 (Served in Military for 2 yrs, and took a year off during college)
GMAT: 740 (Q51/V39, IR8, AWA 6)
Work Experience : Mechanical Engineer at Samsung Electronics / 3years
Undergrad(GPA) : Caltech (3.9/4.3)
What are my chances to get into top MBAs?

From a pure stats perspective, I think you have good chances of admission at Top MBA programs in the US and Europe.
As a Korean who graduated from Caltech, you also tick the box of international experience, which is so valued by European schools such as INSEAD.
But in order to more accurately evaluate your profile, we would need more details about your work experience at Samsung Electronics. Are you working in HQ? Or in one of their subsidiaries, perhaps in the US? What are your major achievements so far? Do you have any leadership experience?
I worked in Samsung HQ in the Seocho office for several years, and in the Mexican subsidiary as Head of HR, therefore I know firsthand that sometimes it is a challenge to talk about accomplishments and leadership when you work for a company with a corporate culture such as Samsung's, especially as a junior employee. So, I'm happy to take this conversation offline if you're interested. Feel free to reach out directly to me at [email protected].
Also, what can you tell us about your extra-curriculars? This is very important, especially for Top US Schools. What are your career goals?

The stats look good; GMAT is great for INSEAD and good but not great for M7. Age is good for INSEAD; a tiny bit old for HBS and GSB but other M7 schools, no problem. How many years of work experience?
It would be helpful for you to provide more information about other aspects of your candidacy.
INSEAD uses a 4 factor criteria model: academics, leadership, contribution, and international orientation. We know the academics part so far, what can you tell us about the other 3 items? I realize you did your undergrad in SLO which is great, do you have any international work experience or do you have a goal that is internationally-focused?
