Hi
kkpark,
thank you for your post.
From a pure stats perspective, I think you have good chances of admission at Top MBA programs in the US and Europe.
As a Korean who graduated from Caltech, you also tick the box of international experience, which is so valued by European schools such as INSEAD.
But in order to more accurately evaluate your profile, we would need more details about your work experience at Samsung Electronics. Are you working in HQ? Or in one of their subsidiaries, perhaps in the US? What are your major achievements so far? Do you have any leadership experience?
I worked in Samsung HQ in the Seocho office for several years, and in the Mexican subsidiary as Head of HR, therefore I know firsthand that sometimes it is a challenge to talk about accomplishments and leadership when you work for a company with a corporate culture such as Samsung's, especially as a junior employee. So, I'm happy to take this conversation offline if you're interested. Feel free to reach out directly to me at

Also, what can you tell us about your extra-curriculars? This is very important, especially for Top US Schools. What are your career goals?
Thank you very much.
Warm regards
Alex
