Hi
I am a 28 year old Indian female, physical therapist by profession. Completed my Bachelor's in India (GPA 4/4) and Master's in PT from university of Pittsburgh (GPA 4/4). I haven't taken GMAT yet but I am scoring in range of 680's

. Working in multiple setting in US for 5.5 years. I am not in leadership roles, although, I supervise 3-5 physical therapy assistants and aides everyday and train newer ones. What are my chances for getting into top 30 schools. I am particularly interested in Tepper- CMU, is there a chance of getting scholarships there with my profile.
Thanks in advance!

Hey there!
Well so far so good! You have great GPAs! And come from a unique background. I do have some more questions though: Where do you work? What do you do? How quickly have you advanced? Do you have any leadership? Can you think of your experience in business terms and think about what achievements you have made? What are your greatest achievements? Do you have notable community service or extra curriculars? Which school did you graduate from?
All of these are very important, but the real burning question is: WHY MBA? Why do you want to do an MBA? What are your goals?
Try and answer that, and I will gladly advise,
Best,
JF
I work in a nursing home as a physical therapist and most my patients are >65 years. I have worked in out patient and hospitals in NY, MD and now in PA. I was a back up rehab manager in my previous job. It's hard to think of achievements/promotions in my kind of job because it is purely clinical. I want to do an MBA to move from clinical side to organizational side in healthcare and possibly open up my own rehab hospital (in future not right after MBA).
My Bachelors is from university of Mumbai (2010) and masters from university of pittsburgh (2011).
I tried to answer all questions as much as I could, let me know if you need anything else.
