From a GMAT standpoint - the average score for Ivey and Queens is about 670, so a higher overall score could benefit you (bumping up the Verbal can make a significant difference there). Work experience = most students have between 4-7 years of experience, so <2 years is a bit light. You might consider building up your profile with some more work experience (with a focus on getting more progressive responsibilities/a promotion) and giving yourself time to take the GMAT again if you're open to that. In addition, are you involved with any extracurricular activities currently? Being involved with something meaningful outside of work can help your candidacy as well.

Hi,
I recently gave my gmat and got a score of 620 with verbal - 27, math - 48, IR- 6.
I have the following academic performances:
10th class - 90 percentile
12th class - 92 percentile
B. Tech - 75.6 percentile
Job experience of 1 year at present in IT industry, so by the time i get an admit and join the class of 2018 it should be 2 years.
Good at communications and got many prizes in debate during college level as well as organised many events at college level.
Worked for a non governmental organisation for 1 year.
