I am an Indian female(23 years) with the following details:
Undergraduate degree: B.E. Computer science and Engineering
CGPA:8.39
University:Karunya University, Tamil Nadu
GMAT:680(Quants: 44-63%ile verbal :39-89%ile AWA:5.0 IR:8-92%ile)
Work Experience: 1+ years at Mahindra Satyam as a Software developer working with iPhone and Android.
Extra Curriculars: recognized and rewarded for my communication skills in English, active participation in dance, dramatics, community service, blood donation drives.organized cultural and technical events in college and company.nothing out of the ordinary.
Interested Schools for Grande Ecole Program:
ESSEC, Em Lyon, EDHEC, Grenoble,Vlerick Leuven
Please let me know what chance do i stand to get admit into any of the schools mentioned above with my profile for the Fall 2013 intake.
Also to note that Financial aid will be crucial .

Hmm, overall your work experience is a bit on the low side. One or two more years might be better. But still, I think that for the schools you mentioned, you should be good to go!
