GRE: Quant: 169/170, Verbal 165/170 (Total 334/340)
Research Experience: Summer Research Assistant at a top-4 B-school in India. (Dept. of Finance) (3 months). 1 International Journal Publication(finance), 1 National conference paper (finance)
Internship: 0.5 years work ex at a Big 4 investment banking firm (Market Liquidity and Risk Management) (Will have 1.5 years work ex at the time of applying)

I would absolutely apply. High GPA at a top Indian school. Lot of programming. IMO, you'd be a better fit at computational MFE type program. Definitely apply wider than just MIT, but with your stats, it is worth applying.
Hard to give you a % chance of being accepted as this changes every year and a lot of it comes down to things you don't post (interview, essays, etc). But with your stats, I think it is worth the fee.
