Here's my profile.

Age: 21+
Applying for : MSC in Economics and Business Administration with specialization in Strategy, or General/International Business Management.

Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and The Netherlands.

1. B.B.A.(Hons.) in Management Studies: GPA is 8.7/10

2. 2.5 years internship while in college (30+ hours per week) - at a medium scale hotel with 30 rooms. Achievements: Introducing an employee referral program and thereby reducing the attrition rate by 30%; increasing sales by 20%, and heading all the interns.
Won intern of the month award 8 times, 7 times in a row.

3. Extra curricular - 4 different styles of karate (14 years+ experience).
Rifle Shooting.
Independent Social Service.

4. Full time work of 10-12 months at the same hotel.

6. GMAT should be 610+

7. TOEFL IBT : 107

8. Worked as a legal intern at family business:
a. Drafting agreements, contracts, etc.
b. Active negotiations at business meeting, under the supervision of a lawyer.

9. Long term intern(3+ years) at a Local Trust(which engages in social services):
A. Event coordination
B. Approaching local schools and convincing them to take part in our Scholarship programmes.

10. Social media intern at a local business(with around 5,000 followers online)

11. Knows 5 languages and highly ambitious.

Hey there,

You have a pretty good profile, good CGPA, good extra-curricular where you took some initiatives.

Proficiency in foreign languages can showcase a desire to push limits and learn, this will be appreciated.

As your GMAT is on the lower side, it can limit your options.
Aim for a 650+ to open further options

As you are only 21 so I would suggest you not to limit yourself to a specialized degree. Masters in Management can be a good option for you. Look at RSM, Stockholm School of Economics for better options.
