You didn't share much about your work experience here; it would be wonderful if I could learn more about it to better assist you on this. Your volunteer experience may add diversity to your profile. In addition, you may want to read an article on how to differentiate yourself in your MBA application essays; you will get the knowledge that will help you increase your chances of being admitted into the desired Business school.
Your target b-schools evaluates candidates profiles based on:
1) Academics
2) Clear Vision
3) International Exposure
4) Personality beyond work
You will need to craft your essays keeping in mind the values mentioned above. NUS puts great stress on knowing an individual beyond acads. Your profile looks good on the surface. I would like to know more about your profile, such as impact, Post-mba goals, leadership roles you have undertaken, so that I can gauge your fit for the b-schools you are targeting.
