I think your profile is in range for Stern's part-time program. You're a bit on the young side, but it sounds like you've had some diverse work experience already. Just make sure you clearly articulate why you need an MBA at this point. Your GPA is great! I think your chances would be better with a slightly higher GMAT, in the high 600s, but hopefully the quality of your work experience, recommendations, and quality of your written materials can make up for that.
