That is great you've received so many promotions. It sounds like you've had some very strong work accomplishments. And do highlight the interactions with offices in other countries too.
I'd say the two main areas for you to improve are 1) your GMAT score, especially your verbal score, and considering your OK GPA. But your score is right around Schulich's average, and not too far off from Rotman's, so you are in range. 2) Extracurriculars seem light, since they were all in the past. Can you start one of your activities up again before you apply? That could help a little.
