Hi
RobertStephen8291, thank you for your post.
Overall I think you have a strong profile, especially with your target goal of product management at a tech giant. You bring the software engineering experience of course, team management/collaboration experience, global company experience, and some startup exposure too through your side projects. I really like the initiative you have shown there, and that exposure through your 'extracurriculars' should be quite helpful in differentiating your profile. Especially since the startups are in different regions. I also am impressed by all the writing you've done, as that's good to show communication skills outside of a technology setting and some creativity too. Lastly, you have an excellent GRE score.
The main thing that worries me is your experience level / age, as that is a bit higher than average for most US programs. I think you have good chances at UCLA still (and ISB), but worry most about your chances at GSB (which is the most selective school anyway!). I wonder if you'd be a better fit for Stanford's MSx program? Worth checking out.
Hope that helps and good luck!
Kate
