Alright, guys here's my profile:
- Italian student. Not Bocconi. Top 10 uni. GPA 30.11/30. Took me 4 yrs to finish rather than 3. Had to do that to maintain my GPA. Compensated for it with a second internship in M&A.
- GMAT 700
- 2 internships in M&A. First ongoing, small boutique in Milan. Second will start shortly, Big 4, also M&A.
- Founder of the biggest finance-related club in my uni
- Fair bit of experience in the family business (non finance)
- Founder of a profitable real estate start-up
- Exchange in top 5 business school in Europe. Excellent GPA there.
- C2 in English

Now, I have applied so far to LBS MFA and HEC MIF. I wanna know what you guys think of my chances of breaking into these 2 programs! Thanks in advance.

Hamsterinho great profile overall although the GMAT could be better, but as long as quants is your strong suite it shouldnt matter. Wondering what your plans are after completing the course. If you are targeting the UK antway, might as well include LSE as it is a globally renowned top tier program.

You are definitely going to be a candidate for both programs. As noted above, you have the right components of a strong application. The key is putting it altogether in a nice package that sells your narrative cohesively and clearly. In short, that means well-articulated essays, a strong resume/CV, and good letters of recommendation.

Your GMAT score is more than fine - it won't be the reason why you get in or do not get in to either program.

Lastly, you might want to consider other programs too. Both of those are competitive and there is a randomness to this process that has to be taken into account. Nothing is a guarantee.
