I'm surprised nobody has replied to you yet...???
Anyway I think you have a great profile (GMAT and GPA are solid), international work experience and some ok extracurriculars. In terms of the schools you shortlisted - I think you would be a decent candidate at any of them. Wharton is heavily focused on GMAT and GPA - with a 720 you are just hitting the minimum requirement there but you're still in the clear. In terms of short-term career goals I would be careful about leading with VC/PE as it's hard to place into those roles and the adcom knows it.
