From the info you have given, MIT may be a far shot, but other schools such as Duke, Michigan and maybe Kellogg can be within reach.
Your GMAT of 680 is competitive enough and that coupled with internships and cultural diversity, should be enough to attract the schools.
Just make sure your essays highlight your strengths and the values you will bring to the school.
You haven't given much info on your extra curriculars so can't comment on that.
CGPA is OK, not ideal, but it can be compensated again by highlighting other strengths. If your score is good compared to the relative grading in your school, be sure to highlight this.
As for HEC, Imperial College, Warwick, Bocconi, IE or ESADE.
HEC would be the toughest, but if you prepare your application properly, you should be able to land an admit at all of these.
