With the project delivery manager also moving to an onshore role in US, I decided to step-up and lead the offshore team of 5 from India, despite being the youngest member at my career level (4 years of work exp. compared to others with average of 6-8 years of experience). The project went live successfully three months later and is currently anticipated to save the US retailer around 250 million dollars each year. I received multiple appreciations for my role and currently continue to monitor and support the live service functions.

Hello Doppler!
So overall, I think your shortlist is good (and maybe you can even finalize it. You have some very tough schools there, but also some schools where you would be more competitive. Maybe you are still missing a real safe school for your profile, and you can think of adding that.
Overall your profile is good, but there's a danger of it (and you) being perceived as standard. Accenture is a very good but not top employer for Top10 schools, and SAP analyst is much the same. Also, not coming from an IIT/NIT will be a disadvantage at Kellogg/Duke/Darden/Tepper.
Thankfully you are female though
, and your extra curriculars have some good potential to help you flesh out your profile (so use them!!
Let me know if you have any other questions,
Best,
Jon Frank
