Thanks for the extra info good sir,

So let's get started. I think your major strengths are your good grades, your management in Deloitte, and your other leadership experience. On the tougher side is your applicant pool, your age, and maybe (at least for the moment) a perceived lack of pizzazz. All in all though, I think that your school list pretty reasonable. You have some tougher schools (Kelly, McCombs) but also a range of others, and your open-mindedness will pay off.

I would say though that there are two keys for your success:
1. Your career story - Why you made the choices you did up until now, why you waited till this later age to do an MBA, why it is anyway PERFECT for you, and how all of this fits into your goals. This is SUPER important esp. given your age. You need to convince them that not only do you WANT an MBA, but that you also NEED an MBA.
2. Your uniqueness - Like I wrote above, write now your profile has a bit of "I am like everyone else" about it. What's GOOD about this weakness is that it's up to YOU to change this perception. First of all, by doing things that make you unique (there's still time!) and secondly, by presenting the things you HAVE done as amazingly unique (and THIS is the art of fantastic essay writing).

And I think that if you take on these two things, you should have a shot at those schools above,

Hope this helps,
Best,
JF
