Educational Background: B.Tech in ECE from NIT Durgapur (top 20 engineering colleges in India) in 2011
Work Exp in Telecom of 4.4 years in following companies
• Idea Cellular Ltd.(4.3 Years)
• Ericsson Global India Ltd.( Joined on 2nd Nov- 2015)
GMAT: 720 (Q51 V35)
I am yet to give IELTS/TOEFL.
Nationality: Indian
CGPA (UG): 8.15/10
Query:
With following constraints:
1) Indian male
2) Starting now - R1 is passed for MBA colleges in USA
3) Avg GMAT score, especially for scholarship
Which all colleges can I target now? Are Tepper and McCombs achievable and right targets for me? Or Shall I look for colleges outside USA (such as NUS, MBS etc) as well?
Any leads is highly appreciated.

So overall from the brief info I see here, there's nothing dramatic that would keep you OUT of schools such as Tepper or McCombs... but there's nothing too noticeable or differentiated THUS FAR in this brief profile that would really help you get in either... basically your GMAT is respectable but overall you have a common profile-- Indian male IT/engineering, similar GMAT, similar years of experience and companies worked for. So, it's possible... as are the schools outside the US that you've mentioned, but to increase your chances you'll want to really identify how you are different from others with similar profiles. That could be through specific experiences, leadership, life stories, traits, passions, goals etc.
