Thanks for your post. It's hard to give a ton of feedback without knowing more-- what is your role (and prior roles); what accomplishments you've managed; people and project management experience; leadership and teamwork examples.... and what are your goals? Why do you want the MBA?
Being a female with IT skills, quant skills, great international experiences, accomplishments, and founding the NGO are all positives. The challenges would be your GMAT score, and the fact that there are many Indian IT applicants you are competing against, so you need to differentiate among that group... what makes you different and unique? Why YOU vs all of the other applicants with similar experience? You can play up the ways you stand out, and in that case have a shot at the schools you mentioned, but it won't be easy, and certainly a higher GMAT score would help matters. Keep researching and preparing for those essays, and keep the questions coming. Good luck!
