Allright good sir,
You didn't go toooo much into detail here, so I'm not sure how much I can say. But with the basics, I would say that with your school list, you have a shot, although I find it a bit challenging (not too much, but a bit), but I think that if you apply to these four school sin R1, and then have some backups for R2, you should be fine.
Right now, the main thing I am missing is your unique selling points. Yes, you have a very good GMAT, and what seems like good work experience (albeit a bit middle of the road), your GPA is fine, neither poor nor excellent, buuuuut what makes YOU you? What makes you different? Out of the 25 other dudes that have similar profiles, why are they gonna choose you?? That's what we need to find and promote to make sure you get those accepts you are looking for.
