Your GMAT score is above average. Though your GPA is low, but being in the top 5-6% of the university would certainly help.
Your work experience seems to be good. Having a fast-paced growth in the company one is associated with really helps. This seems to be your star selling point. Highlight the leadership opportunities you got in the organization, and the results achieved by you for your employers. You could write a lot about it in your application essays. Did you win any awards or recognition for your performance.
Your extracurricular activities don't shine that much. You have hold good positions, but it would not matter unless you have achieved results with it. You should elaborate in your application essays about what you did as president of the club. Were you able to increase membership or won awards?
I think, being a non-IT guy from India puts you at advantage, and puts you in less competitive pool. You could apply to some of the top 20 business schools.
