Hi,

Thank you for your reply and an excellent evaluation of my profile. Appreciate the encouraging words.

To cater to some concerns you raised:
- In terms of the years of work-ex, i should be around the range 3.5-4 by the time i matriculate, and i realized that lot of business schools like Wharton and Columbia prefer young students who want to get into IB/PE post MBA.

- I hav'nt thought about the CFA since the masters degree in Finance covered most of the CFA 1 & 2 coursework

- Thank you for suggesting LBS MIM program, looks very interesting. Can you suggest some other similar programs in the UK or US that you think might suit my career goals?

- I already have Wharton on my list, how can i miss it being a finance guy :-). Do u agree with my list??
What schools according to you will be "safety", "reach" and "stretch" for me??

Again, really appreciate all your help and guidance. Cheerss

Hoping to hear soon from you.

Make sure Adcomm understands that you have cleared/or have the capability of clearing the CFA through your essays.
Regarding choice of schools, it’s difficult to advise without knowing your entire story. It depends on how your back-ground matches what a specific school is looking for. Your essays will play a vital role in customizing your essays specific to school.

In general, I would focus on these schools for your goals.

Wharton
Stanford
Booth
Haas ( Disclaimer: I’m currently a 1st year student here)
Columbia
Cornell

Good Luck!
