I am actually way less concerned about the frequent job switching (you have spent 2 or so years at most places), but I am worried about your low GPA and GMAT score. There's nothing you can do about the GPA, but it would help if you could retake the GMAT and get at least 10 points better. Ideally, an additional 30-40 points would go a long way for the schools you are targeting particularly given your competitive demographic.
Secondly, if you are going to go for consulting at MBB, you are going to need that 700+ as those companies want to see those scores as part of their recruiting processes.
I would also add Georgetown McDonough, Washington Foster, Texas McCombs and Indiana Kelley to your list. If you can get that 730+ you might be able to jump up a bit, but overall this will be a starting point for you and your career ambitions.

For sure, I'll be working on my GMAT and make it a little better than 700, but do you suggest anything other than GMAT to cover up for low GPA.
There's one more thing I want to mention is that I did my Bachelor of Commerce while studying for my professional degree (Chartered Accounatancy)
