Hi TheMatrixOpens
I am Priyanka, Client Manager at ARINGO. Speaking about your profile, the mix of industries you've worked in shows your ability to adapt and thrive in different business environments. This is something which top programs like Stanford, Kellogg, and MIT highly value. Your leadership roles (heading the factory engineering function) is gold for adcoms.

To truly shine, you need to extensively leverage your 10+ years of work experience and tell a compelling story to the adcoms. How have you overcome challenges in these different industries? What specific skills and insights have you gained? How do these experiences align with your post-MBA goals? These are the kinds of questions admissions committees want to be answered.

For instance, your experience in building India's largest automated paint manufacturing facility is a great example of a complex project. How did you contribute to its success? What leadership qualities could you demonstrate? What are your major learnings from these projects?

Additionally, Stanford and Kellogg usually look for applicants who show a global mindset and a passion for innovation. Can you highlight any projects or initiatives where you've shown these qualities?
While your GMAT score is definitely important, it's not the only parameter you need to focus on. Focus on your essays, LORs, ECs and other aspects of your profile.

If you are confident with your GMAT score by November (I would recommend aiming for a 705+ score) and also have properly worked on other parts of your profile, go for R2 2025.
